About Us
DSL Fire & Security Ltd has a vast experience in
the security industry, we specialise in all forms of security ranging
from commercial/industrial/retail to domestic systems, we have SSAIB accreditation
which meets all insurance company criteria regarding graded systems. We
also have ALTIUS accreditation which is a body overseeing contractors
in the commercial sector.
Our Company Policy
Our company policy is to give our client first class service first time
every time whether it is a domestic or commercial callout, we deal with
people and not contract numbers, our average response time to a callout
is 1 hour maximum.
We offer a callout facility to none maintained systems
during normal working hours and if a client wishes to take out a maintenance
contract with us on an intruder alarm system the callout facility is 24
hours a day 365 days a year.
We also offer keyholder response, manned guarding and
secure escort response services.
Free Security Audit
A free audit is offered on all premises and a detailed report will be
forwarded to you detailing weaknesses in your security and also a specification
and quotation to upgrade any possible breaches in the existing systems.
Lease Rental
For systems to the value of £1,000 + vat we can help with the overall
budget by offering lease rental agreements.
Based in South Tyneside - North East England, DSL provide
services for all of your security needs throughout the region as well
as Cumbria, Scotland, London, and Yorkshire.
